We just want you to have the best experience as you explore our site and purchase our products.
To clear out any confusion on how our site runs, here are some key points to our site:
- We currently are not available for placing orders on the site. At the bottom of every product page you will find an 'Order Here' form to complete with information on the product you are interested in. Each product also has a button, 'Order', where you can be directed to the ordering form.
- Once you have submitted your order form, we will contact you to confirm the order and the information you provided on the form. If everything seems good, we will proceed with the order and fulfill shipping.
- We currently only accept PayPal or Venmo as form of payments. We reach out to you through whatever option you choice for invoice, phone number texting or email.
- Our Amazon Finds page is affiliated with Amazon.
Shipping and Handling
We offer standard shipping and priority shipping. All items are delivered through FedEx or USPS. Allow 2-3 days of fulfillment on apparel orders, and up to a week of fulfillment on custom-made orders. Allow up to a week after receiving tracking information for delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not do refunds. We do offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving. In order to complete an exchange, you would need to ship back the item you plan to exchange. We do pay for shipping costs (up to $5) if you choose to complete an exchange. We also offer store credit for non-satisfaction. In order to complete store credit, a return must also be done. Again, we do pay for shipping cost (up to $5). Any shipping costs done for exchange or store credit will be reimbursed via initial payment form after receiving the package.
